We take time to find out about your business, your culture, your ideal candidate and what your firms USPs are. We take time to meet with you, in person if possible, or via Zoom/Teams so we get to know exactly the type of candidate you are looking for and their must haves. Do they have to be CAS, will you take trainees, are they employed and what salary validation is needed before bonus is earned? Are they self-employed working your leads, or do you require them to bring a client bank and have the ability to self-generate business? the list is endless and bespoke to you. Only then will we start to work on growing your team.
Forget paying 15% - 20% of salary, we charge a fixed fee, irrespective of employed or self-employed positions and you only settle our invoice once the candidate has been appointed.
